If someone is dropping you off please make sure your ride is available to pick you up promptly when your appointment is complete. ARRIVAL Please send me a message when you are on your way and when you have arrived. LATE ARRIVALS A 10 Minute grace is provided for late arrivals. If you anticipate being more than 10 minutes late, please contacts me as soon as possible. NO - CALL / NO - SHOW Appointments are missed without notice will be subjected to a 50% service fee, in accordance with my cancellation fee. I charge a 50% for cancellation fee for no-show and cancellation, that was not cancelled 48hr prior the appointment.
